These terms apply to your use of SimpleMoney.Online and its subdomains (tools, apps, job, forum, and related sites). By creating an account or using any tool on the platform, you agree to these terms.

The platform

SimpleMoney.Online is an independent personal project offering free and paid tools: utility tools, task boards, a simple CMS, personal notes, a job/freelancer marketplace, file storage, and small casino-style games for entertainment. Features may change, be added, or be removed over time. Some features are free to use during the current stage of the project; pricing may be introduced or changed later, always disclosed on the feature itself before you're charged.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information when signing up.
• You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
• One person, one account. Accounts found abusing free-tier features, spamming public pages, or attempting to manipulate the SMO wallet system may be suspended or banned.

SMO — the platform's internal currency

SMO is a free engagement currency used inside SimpleMoney.Online. It cannot be purchased with real money, cannot be withdrawn or exchanged for real money, and has no value outside the platform.

The freelancer/job marketplace

Job postings, bids, and freelancer profiles are created by users, not verified by SimpleMoney. Any agreement, payment, and delivery of work between an employer and a freelancer is between those two parties. SimpleMoney provides the tools (project milestones, chat, reviews) to help track that work, but is not a party to the agreement and does not guarantee payment, quality, or delivery.

Your content

You own what you create — notes, files, CMS sites, job postings, and everything else. By publishing content publicly (a CMS site, a job posting, a public review), you allow it to be displayed to other visitors. You're responsible for content you publish; illegal, abusive, or infringing content may be removed and your account suspended.

Acceptable use

Don't use automated tools to spam, scrape at scale, or abuse public/demo pages; don't attempt to access another user's account or data; don't use the platform for anything illegal.

No warranty

This is an independently run project provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep things working and your data safe, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or that the service is error-free.

Refunds

SMO is credit for use inside SimpleMoney, not money, and where a refund is due it is returned as credit to your wallet. The full terms - including the cases where money does come back, and what happens if a payment is reversed - are on the Refund Policy page.

Changes

These terms may be updated as the platform evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the update.
