SimpleMoney.Online ("SimpleMoney", "we", "us") is a personal project offering a set of small web tools and services: task boards, a simple CMS, a personal notes app, a job/freelancer marketplace, and file storage, tied together by one account and one internal currency (SMO). This page explains what data we collect, why, and how it's handled.

What we collect

Signing in with Google

If you choose "Sign in with Google," Google shares your email address, name, and profile picture with us (via Amazon Cognito) so we can create or log you into your SimpleMoney account. We do not receive your Google password, and we do not post to your Google account or access any other Google data. You can review or revoke this access anytime from your Google Account permissions page.

How we use your data

We do not sell your personal data. We do not run third-party advertising on the platform.

Who can see your content

Notes are private to you. Boards, CMS sites, job postings, and freelancer profiles are visible to whoever you explicitly share them with, or to the public if you publish them (a CMS site, a job posting, a freelancer directory listing). Reviews left after a completed project are public.

Data storage

Data is stored on Amazon Web Services (DynamoDB, S3) in the AWS us-east-1 region. Files you upload count against your personal storage quota and remain yours — you can delete them at any time.
